Winnie has over 25 years of professional law practice specializing in international acquisition, investment, transaction, IPO, financing, compliance, risk management, patent, copywriting, and licensing. She has established her own law office serving various companies and clients. She had worked for GE Capital and Citibank and other famous international firms. She finished her law studies at National Taiwan University and her master’s in law at Southern Methodist University. Currently, Winnie serves as DOCSUN’s compliance officer.
