In 1992, Mr. Domenico Frank De Luca established Affinity Product, a company dedicated to the sales, marketing, and manufacturing of health and beauty products, nutraceuticals, general merchandise, and sustainable or organic products. The company’s offerings are distributed to the top 100 chain stores across the United States. Under Mr. De Luca’s leadership, he has successfully fostered relationships with major retailers nationwide and has played a pivotal role in the design, production, marketing, and sales of over 600 successful products. In 2017, Mr. De Luca founded Merge Consumer Products Inc., which encompasses the consumer brand portfolio of Natural Home Brands, Smart Cleaning, Everyday Gourmet, and Merge Mats. Additionally, he has engaged in partnerships with Gedney Foods and Del Monte Pickles. Mr. De Luca’s areas of expertise include visionary leadership, financial structure modeling, sustainable manufacturing development, sales, marketing, private brand management, product development, and consumer product acquisitions. Following his exit from his companies, Mr. De Luca committed himself to philanthropic endeavors aimed at creating a positive impact. He currently serves as the Director of Referees at WCSC Surf Soccer and as the Director of Corporate Partnerships and a Board Member at “A Brighter Day,” a 501(c)(3) charity that connects resources for addressing stress and depression among teens and parents, with the objective of preventing teen suicide. Mr. De Luca remains active in placing products into retail through his current involvement with RoundBox Products.
