Docsun Mobile App

Docsun has developed the Docsun Mobile App, a data validation application for remote health monitoring. Docsun Mobile App is a HIPAA-compliant application.

This system uses the patented OCT technology to capture the vital signs by scanning the continuous facial images and detecting the micro differences under the light. The vital signs include SpO2 levels, heart rate, breathing rate, temperature, and sclera color. If the vital signs are beyond the normal range, it will show a yellow or red sign. This app can be installed on smartphones and tablets.

Once a user installs Docsun’s Health Monitoring app to their device, they will be able to access it via a shortcut on their device home screen, even when they are offline or in areas that have weak internet service.

Docsun Web Portal


Docsun has its Docsun Web version that enables a simple and secure way to monitor their health.

Starting today, developers from healthcare organizations, government agencies, and organizations authorized by public health authorities to distribute COVID vaccines and will have access to these APIs to create a digital version of COVID vaccination or information. This will roll out initially in the United States followed by other countries.

The Docsun Web Portal has been designed with privacy and security at its core.

  • Storing information: The user’s health information is stored on their device. If a user wants to access this information on multiple devices, the user will not need to manually store it on each device.
  • Sharing information: Users can choose to show their health results to others. The information in the user’s account is not shared by Docsun with its various services or third parties and it is not used for targeting ads.

It is noncontact and non-invasive, so we will not touch you. Users can check their health status anytime and anywhere using the system. The system will then provide a health report of the current state of the user. Subscribers to the system can check their health history as they sign in to their account.

Docsun AI based health monitoring system is an Imaging Ballistocardiograph (iBCG) measurement software and hardware for end-to-end video-based monitoring of oxygen levels, heart rate, breathing rate, temperature, and eye coloration. 

Users who are in quarantine or need a confirmation on their health status can upload or record a video to the application and get their health result which allows for self monitoring.

The AI system processes the video in real-time. It scans the video frames and extracts both the raw iPPG information and the filtered iPPG information to run through the layers to monitor the selected physiological parameters. The monitoring is then run through a word embedding to generate the result for the monitoring. In just few seconds, the user can see their health report and use this information for self monitoring. 

Users can upload .mp4 videos of 10 – 15 seconds duration for scanning.

Users are requested to provide their consent to the User Agreement before using the software. The uploaded user data is protected under HIPA and is used for further research to help AI manage health.

Due to the high demand for the application, there is a limit of 3 uploads in 24 hours.
